A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold any rabbit.
I accept Paypal, Cash App and Venmo for the deposit. The remaining balance is to be in CASH ONLY at pick up.
My payment email is different than my contact email, so please contact me before paying to get the correct email.
Please make sure everyone in your family is on board before making the deposit.
Again, the deposit is non-refundable unless something happens to the rabbit while still in my care.
You must be over the age of 18 to purchase.
I reserve the right to not sell to someone if I feel they aren’t a good fit for one of my animals.
Picking up your Rabbit
Rabbits must be picked up within 7 days of deposit being made (or baby being weaned), unless plans were made with me ahead of time. After 7 days, the baby will be relisted and any and all money sent is forfeit.
If I agree to hold past 7 days for you, there’s a $10/day boarding fee that begins on day 8.
If you no show or give less than 2 hours notice of cancellation for pick up appointment TWICE, the baby will be relisted and any and all money already sent will be forfeit.
If you are going to be late for your appointment, please let me know. After 15 minutes with no communication, I leave the pick up location. It will be counted as a no show and you will need to reschedule. Please remember I am in Eastern Time Zone!
I meet at the Feeders Supply at 187 Adam Shepherd Pkwy, Shepherdsville KY 40165. I will also meet at any expo I attend.
If I contact you to let you know your baby is ready and I don’t hear anything back within 72 hours, your baby will be considered abandoned, will be relisted, and any and all money collected will be forfeit.
CASH ONLY for remaining balance. If you show up and can only pay via an online payment company, you must pay friends and family and the total balance of the rabbit will be subject to a 10% fee to cover taxes and the fee charged to me to immediately transfer it into my account.
Late Fees at Pick Up If you know you're going to be late, please let me know ASAP, no later than 30 minutes before the meet time. Once I leave the house, your pick up time cannot be moved and the following fees and guidelines will be in place. With enough advanced warning, I can move the pick up time if my schedule allows to mitigate the fees.
After 15 minutes with no communication, I leave the pick up location. It will be counted as a no show and you will need to reschedule.
After 30 minutes with communication, you will owe an additional $10 at pick up to compensate me for my time.
After 45 minutes with communication, you will owe me an additional $10 ($20 total) to compensate me for my time.
I will not wait longer than an hour for any reason. It will be counted as a no show and you will need to reschedule.
PLEASE REMEMBER I AM IN EASTERN TIME ZONE AND PLAN ACCORDINGLY
Wait List
It is a $50 non-refundable deposit to join the Wait List
I almost always have people on my Wait List. Sometimes it takes 2-3 months before I have available babies. If you are wanting a baby by a certain time, please join the Wait List ahead of time to ensure I can accommodate you. I only have a few breeders and I'm careful not to overbreed them.
When the babies are about 2-3 weeks old, I will start contacting people on the Wait List to choose their babies. You have 48 hours to respond or your name moves down to the end of the list and I go to the next person.
I cannot guarantee the success of litters or that there will be enough babies. Please understand this before making a deposit.
The Wait List deposit is good for two years from the date it was made unless I stop breeding during that time.
If you're having any issues with your rabbit, I am here to help. My help and advice doesn't stop once you leave the door. That's the difference in buying from a petstore/backyard breeder and buying from a reputable breeder. I want to make sure you're happy and your new baby is happy for their whole lives!
Unfortunately, due to RHDV, I am unable to "take back" unwanted rabbits, so please be sure you are able to keep and care for them for possibly 10+ years. RHDV is extremely contagious and if one animal tests positive, you have to put down every rabbit on your property to prevent spread. I just cannot risk my herd.
