EFFECTIVE 2/13/23, ANY AND ALL HEDGEHOGS SOLD ARE AS PET ONLY, WITH NO BREEDING RIGHTS. By submitting this application, you are agreeing to not breed your hedgehog. Even accidental litters will be subject to a fine of $300 per pairing AND $300 per baby, plus any and all court costs incurred by AWHH, any and all lawyer fees incurred by AWHH, and time and inconvenience to AWHH in the amount of $300. If AWHH must travel more than 100 miles round trip to the court hearing, a fee of $0.65 per mile, round trip over 100 miles, will also be owed. Additionally, the hedgehog MUST be returned to AWHH immediately. If you have to rehome your hedgehog, AWHH must be offered the hedgehog back first. If you rehome without offering the hedgehog back to us first, you will be fined $500. If the new owner breeds them, you will be responsible for any fines incurred IF we aren't given first buy back option.
