EVERY HEDGEHOG SOLD IS AS A PET ONLY, WITH NO BREEDING RIGHTS, UNLESS YOU HAVE EXPRESSED WRITTEN PERMISSION FROM AWHH. By submitting this application, you agree to not breed your hedgehog. You agree to not have a hedgehog of opposite gender in the same household. If we notice that you have a litter of hedgehogs, even if not from your AWHH hedgehog, you MUST return the hedgehog from us immediately. If we have to go to court to recover the hedgehog, you will be responsible for covering any and all legal and travel fees incurred by AWHH. If you need to rehome your hedgehog, you MUST return it to AWHH. No refund will be given. If you are found to have rehomed your hedgehog without expressed written approval from AWHH, you will be fined $500 for breach of contract. You will be responsible for covering any and all legal and travel fees incurred in the collection of this fine. This is hopefully to mitigate the number of abandoned hedgehogs in shelters and to prevent them from being bounced from home to home, which hedgehogs do not handle well. This is also to prevent backyard breeders from using the lines we have worked so hard to establish in their unethical breeding practices.
