A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold any specific mouse/mice
I accept Paypal, Cash App and Venmo for the deposit. The remaining balance is to be in CASH ONLY at pick up.
My payment email is different than my contact email, so please contact me before paying to get the correct email.
Please make sure everyone in your family is on board before making the deposit.
Again, the deposit is non-refundable unless something happens to the mouse/mice while still in my care.
You must be over the age of 18 to purchase.
I reserve the right to not sell to someone if I feel they aren’t a good fit for one of my animals.
Picking up your Mouse/Mice
Mice must be picked up within 7 days of deposit being made (or baby being weaned), unless plans were made with me ahead of time. After 7 days, the baby will be relisted and any and all money sent is forfeit.
If I agree to hold past 7 days for you, there’s a $5/day boarding fee that begins on day 8.
If you no show or give less than 2 hours notice of cancellation for pick up appointment TWICE, the baby/babies will be relisted and any and all money already sent will be forfeit.
If you are going to be late for your appointment, please let me know. After 15 minutes with no communication, I leave the pick up location. It will be counted as a no show and you will need to reschedule. Please remember I am in Eastern Time Zone!
If I contact you to let you know your mice are ready and I don’t hear anything back within 72 hours, your mice will be considered abandoned, will be relisted, and any and all money collected will be forfeit.
CASH ONLY for remaining balance. If you show up and can only pay via an online payment company, you must pay friends and family and the total balance of the mice will be subject to a 10% fee to cover taxes and the fee charged to me to immediately transfer it into my account.
PLEASE NOTE: If you do not bring an appropriate travel container, you must purchase one from me for $15 before your mice can leave. A box is not a safe option since mice chew.
Transport I will not arrange transport without the mice being paid for in full first, including the $15 for me to buy a travel container. The transport must be paid for the date it is set up. Failure to do so may cause you to lose your spot on the transport. If I hold the mice for more than two weeks past the weaning age, a boarding fee may be charged and would be due two weeks before the mice leave. You will be informed of any boarding fees before the transport is locked in.
If the transporter cancels the route, a new transport option will be provided. The original transporter will be responsible for refunding your money. Money sent to me will only be refunded if I’m unable to find a new transport option within 60 days of the original route.
Any money sent will be NON REFUNDABLE if you back out, fail to pay the transporter to lock in your spot, or if you are not at the meeting spot to meet the transporter. Most transporters will wait 15 minutes for you before moving on, so be sure you’re reachable and on time. If any of the mice passes away en route, I will replace with another baby as soon as I have one you like. The money will not be refunded. It’ll be up to the transporter on if they refund your transport cost.
If you're having any issues with your mice, I am here to help. My help and advice doesn't stop once you leave the door. That's the difference in buying from a petstore/backyard breeder and buying from a reputable breeder. I want to make sure you're happy and your new babies are happy for their whole lives!
